Satellite Image Analysis is a practical course in extracting meaning from Earth-observation data. You learn to access and handle imagery from sources such as Landsat and Sentinel, understand spectral bands, and compute indices like NDVI to measure vegetation and water. From there you build the core analyses of remote sensing: land-cover classification, change detection over time, and environmental monitoring. Working hands-on with real scenes and open tools, you finish able to take raw satellite imagery and produce a defensible map or analysis of the land below.
