If you are not completely satisfied with your course or workshop registration, you can request a 100% full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or registration date. No questions asked.

1. Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of payment or registration.
Applies to all online courses, industrial certification workshops, and masterclasses listed on dstc.org.in.
For university or institutionally sponsored registrations (proforma invoice), refund requests must be initiated by the authorized department coordinator within 7 days of invoice settlement.

2. How to Request a Return / Refund

To request a refund within the 7-day period, please send an email to info@dstc.org.in or submit a request through our Scholar Portal with the following details:

Full Name & Email Address used during registration
Course / Program Title
Invoice Number or Payment Reference ID (Razorpay Order ID / PayPal ID)

3. Processing & Transfer Time

Once your refund request is received, our Academic Registry team will process it within 24 hours. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or PayPal) within 5 to 7 business days.
