Dr. P SEKHAR

A highly experienced Associate Dean (CoE) and Associate Professor with doctorate in Environmental Science with over 17 years of expertise in teaching and research at Ph.D., M.Sc. M.Tech., B.Tech. and B.Sc. levels within the fields of Environmental Sciences and Environmental Engineering in abroad and India. My experience includes teaching & research in areas such as Energy & Environment, Environmental Engineering, Waste water Engineering, Solid waste Management, Urban disaster Management, Watershed Management, Climate change, Ecology & Biodiversity, Environmental pollution control & analysis, Waste management, Water & waste water microbiology and sustainable development. During my tenure at different universities and colleges, I excel in leading research projects, developing curricula, and fostering academic growth. I have successfully implemented and completed projects related to renewable energy such as biomass briquettes & WASH related Eco-San to my credit. My extensive experience in environmental research and education positions makes me as a valuable asset to any academic institution. I have published good number of research papers in peer reviewed journals and acting as reviewer as well as editorial member in springer and other international journals. I have attended good number of conferences and workshops at national as well as international. Additionally, possesses brief practical exposure to environmental consulting, including EIA, ESIA, ESDD, EMP, EIS preparation.
