Dr. Shyam Joshi

I hold a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, where my research was dedicated to the topic “Synchronization of Coupled Benchmark Oscillators: Theory and Experiments.” In my academic pursuits, I utilize analytical tools derived from nonlinear dynamics to advance my research. I have concentrated on developing experimental models of networked oscillators to investigate synchronization behaviors. My research interests are diverse and include synchronization, decision-making, neuroscience, brain-computer interfaces, pattern recognition, and soft computing. Following my doctoral studies, I completed my post-doctoral research at the Scuola Superiore Meridionale, Universit`a Degli Studi di Napoli Federico II in Naples, Italy. Additionally, I have had the opportunity to visit several countries, including Switzerland, Dubai, Germany, Japan, and Singapore, for various academic and personal engagements.
