About This Course

In-silico Macromolecular Modeling & Docking teaches how to study proteins and their interactions on a computer before ever touching a bench. You prepare and validate macromolecular structures, build models of unknown structures with homology modelling, and predict how ligands and partners bind through molecular docking. The course covers structure-quality assessment, binding-site analysis, scoring and pose interpretation, connecting each step to real questions in structural biology and drug discovery. You finish able to run and critically interpret a modelling-and-docking workflow. A verified e-Certificate of competency and e-Marksheet from the Deep Science & Technology Consortium.
